Job Description:
- We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with 48 years of experience and strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and system integrations.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Aura on Sales/Service Cloud. Configure and implement solutions leveraging Salesforce.com technologies. Possess a solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, API landscape, and enterprise integration patterns. Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards,



and maintain high-quality deliverables.
- Work with middleware tools and apply enterprise trigger patterns effectively. Demonstrate proficiency in Force.com platform development (Apex, Triggers, SOQL, Unit Testing).
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues promptly.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Mentor junior developers and offer technical guidance.
- Stay current with Salesforce trends and emerging technologies.
- Deliver presentations and demos to stakeholders across multiple geographies.
- Exhibit robust communication and interpersonal skills for global stakeholder management.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on Salesforce coding experience.
- Proven expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, and integrations.
