Role Description
The Head of People Technology is a full time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for leading the strategy, implementation,



and optimization of HR technology across the organization. This role oversees the design and integration of people-focused systems and processes, ensuring they align with HummingBird’s Responsible AI and total talent philosophy. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating and selecting HR tools, collaborating with HR and business leaders to digitize and streamline employee lifecycle processes, and driving data-driven insights for workforce planning and engagement. The Head of People Technology will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws, maintain high standards of employee experience, and champion change management for new technology initiatives. The role also involves monitoring system performance, vendor relationships, and continuous improvement of people technology solutions.
