Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ensure timely delivery of sales orders through SAP in coordination with Marketing and Logistics.
- Manage Engineering Stores, including inventory of spares and production consumables.
- Handle factory bills, petty cash, payments and revenue budget coordination with HO Accounts.
- Coordinate and prepare documentation for PV and ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS audits.
- Ensure implementation of plant processes, compliance and audit requirements.
- Liaise with GIDC, Excise, Collector Office, EPF, ESIC, ITI, Employment Exchange and other government authorities for smooth plant operations.

Job Requirements :
- Qualification: B.Com / B.A.; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 8–15 years of experience in plant/manufacturing commercial, stores and administration.




- Solid experience in Hazardous chemical & Engineering Stores, inventory management and production consumables.
- Hands-on experience in plant commercial activities, factory bills, petty cash, payments and budgeting.
- Good understanding of SAP, GST, PF, ESIC and other statutory compliance.
- Experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS/EHS audits and documentation.
- Strong exposure to government liaison, preferably with GIDC, Excise, EPF, ESIC and other statutory authorities.
- Good coordination and stakeholder management skills across Accounts,
