The Prospect
We are looking for a Community Manager to join our team and lead the development of our communities.
You will be responsible for launching, growing, and nurturing digital communities using our in-house suite of tools—from our core community engine, Letusync, to our marketing automation powerhouse, Marquehub, newsletter, and page builder/knowledge hub.
Key Responsibilities
1. Community Architecture & Growth
●
Plan and launch vibrant digital communities.
●
Engagement Strategy:
Develop and execute engagement playbooks to foster high-quality discussions, networking, and knowledge sharing.
●
Acquisition:
Plan and implement member acquisition through content-driven processes and multi-channel reach.
●
Track Community Health:
Monitor active users, retention, sentiment, and health using our survey instruments and page builders.
2. Content Strategy, AI-Driven Creation & Omnichannel Distribution
●
Content Creation & AI Workflows:
Draft, curate, and publish high-impact articles, resources, and campaigns using AI tools to scale quality output. Use Searchable.com to support content identification and creation.
●
3rd-Party Social Media Distribution:
Execute content distribution across external platforms—Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and relevant forums—to drive awareness and funnel traffic into our ecosystem.
