Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction and site execution activities.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, surveyors and site supervisors.
- Monitor work progress, material requirements, manpower and project timelines.
- Check measurements, quantities and quality of civil works.
- Coordinate with consultants and project management teams for smooth execution.
- Maintain daily site reports, progress records and relevant documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction procedures.
- Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.

Preferred candidate profile
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil construction and site execution.
- Candidates with experience in township, residential or large-scale development projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of civil works, site supervision,



construction management and project execution.
- Experience in coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and vendors.
- Good understanding of construction drawings, measurements, BOQ and quality control.
- Solid communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage site activities, manpower and timelines effectively.
- Candidates currently based in Jaipur or willing to relocate to Jaipur preferred.
