We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Academic Coordinator cum Assistant to Academic Head to support our academic operations and management team.

Shift Timings
- Working Hours: 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM IST
- Mode: Remote (Work From Home)
- Paid Break from 9 to 9:30 am,

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize backend operations and trainers coordination
- Monitor and respond to internal communication channels to ensure smooth coordination between students and staff.
- Coordinate with multiple departments to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.




- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
- Organize digital resources, cloud storage, and Google Drive folders.
- Schedule meetings, track tasks, and send timely reminders.
- Support management with strategic and operational initiatives.

Required Skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms).
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience managing backend systems and digital platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.
- Experience with EdTech platforms or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an added advantage.
