About the Role

We are hiring a
Certification Growth Manager
to guide professionals in selecting and enrolling in the right PMI certifications such as
PMP®, PgMP®, PfMP®, PMI-ACP®, PMI-RMP®, CAPM®
and others.

This is a
consultative sales role
, not a telecalling or follow-up role.

You will own the
end-to-end learner journey,
from lead qualification and career consultation to recommendation, objection handling, closure, and enrollment.

Key Responsibilities1. Learner Consultation & Qualification
- Understand learner background, experience, and career goals
- Conduct consultative discovery conversations (not script-based pitching)
- Explain certification value, eligibility, and career outcomes

2. Sales & Enrollment Ownership
- Manage full sales cycle:
lead → qualification → consultation → follow-up → closure → enrollment
- Conduct calls and consultations with working professionals
- Handle objections around price, eligibility, ROI, and timing
- Convert qualified leads into enrollments

Pipeline & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate CRM records and lead stages
- Track follow-ups, conversions, and pipeline health
- Ensure disciplined follow-up and no lead leakage
- Use data to improve conversion efficiency

4. Revenue Responsibility
- Own individual enrollment and revenue targets
- Identify cross-sell and upgrade opportunities (e.g., PMP → PgMP/PfMP)
- Drive referrals and repeat enrollments

5. Learner Experience & Coordination
- Coordinate with trainers and operations for smooth onboarding
- Ensure clear communication on program details and next steps
- Capture learner feedback to improve conversion and experience
