Roles and Responsibilities
- We are seeking an *Industrial Relations (IR) Manager* specializing in labor management to build a stable and loyal workforce. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will lead labor recruitment, training, grievance resolution, and retention efforts to ensure a harmonious and productive work environment.

Recruitment & Training: Manage end-to-end hiring, onboarding,



and skills/safety training for the labor force.

Retention & Loyalty: Implement welfare initiatives and incentive programs to boost morale and maximize worker retention.

Grievance Handling: Act as the primary contact for labor issues. Fairly mediate workplace challenges and proactively address dissatisfaction before it escalates.

Administration: Maintain positive management-labor relations, ensure strict adherence to labor laws, handle disciplinary actions, and track attendance and turnover metrics.

Experience:

Proven background in a labor-management or IR role.

Mediation & Problem Solving: Strong interpersonal skills to peacefully navigate and resolve workplace challenges.

Compliance: Solid understanding of prevailing labor laws and workplace safety regulations.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with both floor workers and upper management
