Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Identify and report defects, non-conformities, and areas for improvement in supplier products or processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence of defects.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to quality control procedures, test plans, and reports.
Job Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or a related field.
- Solid understanding of 7QC (Seven Quality Control Tools), 8D analysis, MSA (Measurement System Analysis), NPD (New Product Development) process improvements.
- Experience with PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation preparation.
