Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager to manage the complete HR operations of the organization, including recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, performance management, and HR policies.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment and selection process.
- Prepare job descriptions and coordinate interviews.
- Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR databases.
- Coordinate with accounts/payroll team for salary processing.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Monitor employee performance and coordinate performance appraisals.
- Manage employee disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.




- Prepare HR reports related to manpower, attendance, turnover, and recruitment.
- Organize employee training and development programs.
- Coordinate exit formalities, full & final settlement, and exit interviews.
- Support management in workforce planning and HR-related decision-making.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR management.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and employee management.
- Knowledge of payroll, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Basic knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and HR software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00
