About the Role

Letreia Bakery is seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Baker to lead daily bakery production operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining product quality, supervising junior staff, managing production schedules, and ensuring efficient bakery operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, desserts, and specialty bakery items.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, appearance, and presentation of products.
- Plan and manage daily production schedules based on demand.
- Supervise and train Junior Bakers and production staff.
- Develop and improve recipes, baking methods, and product offerings.
- Monitor ingredient usage and minimize wastage.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Conduct quality checks on raw materials and finished products.
- Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams for stock management.
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment efficiently.




- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Maintain accurate production records and inventory logs.

Requirements
- 3 to 8 years of experience in a professional bakery or pastry production workplace.
- Strong knowledge of breads, pastries, cakes, and artisan baking techniques.
- Experience in managing bakery production and teams.
- Understanding of food safety and quality standards.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple production tasks.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Certification in Bakery & Confectionery.
- Experience in artisan or premium bakery operations.
- Knowledge of inventory planning and production forecasting.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
