Job Summary

We are looking for a Sr. Officer / Executive OPC Operations to manage and coordinate day-to-day activities at Outside Processing Centres (OPCs). The role will ensure smooth production, material movement, quality, cost and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with OPC vendors for smooth and timely operations.
- Monitor OPC production, quality, yield, rework and rejection.
- Ensure material movement, vehicle placement and timely FG dispatches.
- Monitor inventory and conduct stock verification and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and APQP requirements.
- Coordinate with Planning, R&D;, Supply Chain, Plant, QA and QC teams.
- Monitor OPC performance, process cost and identify improvement opportunities.
- Maintain OPC data, SAP reports and prepare MIS for management.




- Support vendor audits, commercial audits and corrective actions.
- Visit OPC locations as required for operational monitoring and process improvement.

Qualification

B.Tech/B.E. (Chemical/Paint Technology) or Diploma (Chemical/Paint Technology).

Experience

2-6 years in Manufacturing / Production / Operations, preferably with experience in OPC / Outside Processing Operations.

Note: Willingness to travel to OPC/vendor locations is required.
