Job Description:

The Job involves working with a highly talented team of Flight Controls engineers, who are working together to make the Avionics of the future. You will be integral in creating system solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. The Job involves design,



development of highly complex control systems on an integrated platform.

Job Expectations:
- Development of Systems/Software requirements from Equipment Level Requirements
- Identifying and debugging issues at the system level and good understanding of aircraft systems and interfaces.
- Good troubleshooting skills to identify and fix issues arising from Applications/Flight testing/Verification & Validation.
- Active participation and contribution in driving sub systems/systems integration/simulation bench.
- Should have good understanding of Systems/Software engineering, standards and Certification (Includes DO-178B/C, ARP4754, ARP4761 etc)
- Strong adherence to technical process, participate in technical reviews and drive actions to closure
- Excellent focus on execution and drive accountability culture within the team
- Candidate should be able to work in collaborative and integrate
