- Conduct training sessions for hospital staff on using Practo's products efficiently.
- Monitor and report on partnership performance metrics, utilizing data to drive decision-making.
- Stay updated on healthcare industry trends and market dynamics to support strategic discussions.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in business development, account management, or partnership roles, preferably in the healthcare sector.




- Strong understanding of hospital operations and healthcare delivery models.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities to identify and address business challenges.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and tools for managing partnerships and customer relationships.
