About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and empathetic Admission Counsellor to manage prospective parent and student enquiries and guide families through the admissions journey for Cambridge and IB curriculum programmes.

The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of Cambridge/IGCSE, A Levels and/or IB curricula, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to counsel parents, manage leads and convert enquiries into admissions.

This is a consultative admissions role, not a telecalling or cold-calling position.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel parents and students regarding school programmes, curriculum, academic pathways and admissions.
- Provide accurate guidance on Cambridge/IGCSE, A Levels and IB curricula.
- Understand the academic needs and expectations of prospective families and recommend suitable programmes.




- Handle inbound admissions enquiries and manage leads throughout the admissions funnel.
- Conduct personalised counselling sessions with parents through calls, meetings and campus interactions.
- Build strong relationships with prospective parents and address their questions and concerns effectively.
- Drive admissions conversions through structured and consultative follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate lead and enquiry records in the CRM.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with prospective families and track their movement through the admissions process.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admissions experience.
- Meet individual and team-level admissions conversion targets.
- Provide regular updates on lead status, conversions and pipeline.
