We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Contract Staffing Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for contract and temporary staffing requirements across various technologies and domains. The recruiter should have strong experience in managing end-to-end recruitment cycles and meeting aggressive hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for contract staffing requirements.
- Understand client hiring needs and job specifications.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, networking, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate technical interviews and client discussions.
- Negotiate compensation, contract terms, and joining timelines with candidates.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while meeting quality standards.




- Track and report recruitment metrics, including submissions, interviews, offers, and closures.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and documentation requirements.

Required Skills
- Proven experience in Contract Staffing recruitment.
- Strong sourcing expertise using Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, Dice, and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent understanding of IT technologies and industry trends.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience in handling multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and MS Office tools.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
