- Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales performance against targets and prepare MIS reports.
- Track team-wise, territory-wise and individual sales achievements, identifying performance gaps.
- Maintain and monitor CRM updates, sales pipelines, customer visits and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with Sales Managers and other departments to ensure smooth order and sales execution.
- Prepare accurate sales dashboards, performance reports and management review reports.
- Track pending orders, quotations, collections and other key sales activities.
- Skills: Advanced MS Excel, MIS reporting, CRM, data analysis, coordination and robust follow-up skills; 5–8 years’ experience in Sales Operations/MIS preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
