Inventory Personnel who will be responsible for managing the Finished Goods (FG) warehouse and overall inventory. The details are as follows:

Key Responsibilities:

· Finished Goods Inventory Management: Maintain and oversee the factory’s finished goods inventory.

· Monthly Inventory Audit: Conduct regular audits of inventory.

· Petty Cash Handling: Manage petty cash expenses.

· Handling Shoots/Events: Coordinate with teams for inventory needs during events or shoots.

· Negative Inventory Control: Ensure there is no negative stock in the system.

· Internal Inward and Outward Receipts: Manage the issue and receipt of internal inventory movement.

· Daily QC In warding: Record and inward QC-passed pieces on a daily basis.

· Production Dispatch Handling: Manage the dispatch of daily production items.

· Warehouse Management: Oversee overall warehouse operations,



including MRP and barcode tagging for QC-passed items.

· Dispatches and Payments: Handle all dispatches and follow up on payments and invoices with the accounts team.

· Documentation: Prepare E-way bills and delivery challans, maintaining daily records.

· Sourcing: Handle sourcing requirements for actors/actresses.

· Inward Management: Oversee inward shipments from all stores and book international couriers.

· Logistics Coordination: Plan and coordinate daily logistics, transportation, and deliveries while optimizing routes for timely delivery.

· Team Management: Lead and manage the warehouse and logistics team.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,835.39 per month
