Job Title: Assistant Offline Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

Content Planning & Copywriting
- Write copy for corporate communications, school programs and campaigns (3–4 per school per month), EDMs, parent communications, and tactical admissions campaigns
- Create monthly content calendars for each school's social media handles and deliver at least 20 posts per school per month with agency support.
- Ensure school teams post at least 10 posts per month on school activities and events; proof-read all posts before publication.
- Ensure each school publishes a monthly digital newsletter — guide schools on local content and contribute central marketing content.
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Manager and Creative team to plan and approve 2–3 digital ad campaigns per month.
- Coordinate with the PR agency to place at least one PR article per school per month in reputed city publications.
- Maintain a record of all PR activity and coverage by school,



working with Principals and Parent Relations Managers.
- Keep content on affiliate/third-party websites accurate and up to date; guard against negative publicity.
- Create campaigns for REN IPs (e.g., Lead By Example, Tirangaa) and share SOPs with school teams.
- Work with the design agency and internal creative resources to ensure timely delivery of all creative assets.
- Write scripts for audio-visual content required by schools and the central marketing team.
- Create training material for MA Training in coordination with Academics, HSCP, and Operations teams.
- Ensure each school website is updated with audio, video, and pictures; proof-read all content before it goes live.
- Review and ensure accuracy and consistency of language and tone across all school-level communications.
