About the Role

We are hiring Sales & Relationship Managers for a reputed banking organization. The role offers an opportunity to build a career in banking and financial services through customer relationship management, sales, business development, and banking operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Acquire new customers through leads, references, and market visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable banking products and services.
- Generate leads, conduct follow-ups, and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely support and service.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of customer applications and requests.
- Maintain customer records and follow banking processes, policies,



and compliance requirements.

Who Can Apply?
- Age: 20–25 years
- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university/institution.
- Academic Criteria: Minimum 50% marks in Graduation
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with valuable communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills will be preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable with sales, customer interaction, and local travel.
