WELDER-JOB PROFILE

1) Perform Welding Operations (MIG/TIG/Arc) as per WPS and quality standards.

2) Check fit up and alignment before welding.

3) Ensure proper pre-heating, welding parameters and sequence.

4) Carry out visual inspection and report defects.

5) Maintain welding equipment and cleanliness.

6) Preparation of Daily Production Record.

7) Follow all safety and fire prevention guidelines.

8) Participate in training programs to improve skills and knowledge.

9) Co-ordination with Fitters and Supervisor for workflow.

10) Choose appropriate welding consumables as per WPS.

11) Request maintenance or replacement of welding tools.

Experience: Two years experience in the relevant field is required.

Education: Minimum 8th Pass and above.

Age: 20 yrs to 40 years.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
