Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage procurement and sourcing of products, including imports and supplier negotiations.
- Lead and manage the procurement team, ensuring performance and efficiency.
- Develop and expand procurement categories with a strategic sourcing approach.
- Optimize costs, monitor supplier performance, and maintain quality standards.
- Analyze sales and inventory data to forecast demand and identify growth opportunities.
- Manage procurement P&L;, including cost control, budgeting, and driving savings to improve margins.
- Introduce new products aligned with company strategy and participate in product development.
- Streamline procurement and import processes, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and support business objectives.




- Set procurement KPIs and contribute to overall business growth and profitability.
- Recruit and manage procurement staff as needed.

Mandatory Prerequisites
- Experience in consumer product purchasing
- Experience in handling procurement categories
- Ability to lead a team with KPI & KRA management
- Basic understanding of P&L;, cost control, and budgeting
- Experience in vendor negotiation and sourcing (including imports)
- Positive understanding of inventory and demand planning

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
