Position: Senior Accounts Executive

Reports To: Finance Manager / Accounts Head

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial transactions, reconciliations, statutory compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience with GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, vendor/customer accounting, and finalization of accounts.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and customer reconciliations.
- Perform bank, ledger, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and payment records.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.




- Assist in preparation and filing of GST returns and reconciliation of GST data.
- Prepare TDS workings, challans, and support TDS return filing.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Support preparation of Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and other financial reports.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide required documents and information.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up with concerned teams.
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable statutory requirements.
- Assist the Finance Manager/Accounts Head with MIS reports and other financial analysis.
- Support budgeting, cash-flow monitoring, and other finance-related activities as required.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Positive understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
