Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare instrumentation engineering deliverables such as:
- Instrument Index
- I/O List
- Data Sheets
- Instrument Specifications
- Hook-up Drawings
- Loop Diagrams
- Cable Schedules
- Instrument Location, Cable & Layouts
- IS calculation
- Perform instrument sizing and selection for control valves, flow meters, pressure/temperature transmitters, etc.
- Work with P&IDs; to ensure correct instrument tagging and control philosophy.
- Familiar with all control system-Loop detail.
- Interface with multidisciplinary teams including process, mechanical, electrical, and control system engineers.
- Ensure compliance with international codes and standards (API, IEC, ISA, NEC, etc.)
- Participate in HAZOP, SIL, and design review meetings.
- Support procurement activities by reviewing vendor offers and technical bid evaluations, MR preparation, VDR.
- Provide site support during installation, testing, and commissioning as required
- Assist in project documentation, client submissions, and handover procedures




- Participate in project planning and coordination activities with project managers and engineering teams.
- Technical Proposal and Hours estimation.

Required Skills and Tools:
- Additional benefit if Candidate is having experience in SPI (INTOOLS) or equivalent instrumentation software
- Strong understanding of P&IDs;, ISA Standards, and instrument specifications.
- Additional benefit if Candidate is having experience in SIL (Safety Integrity Level) verification.
- Good command over MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred), and document control systems
- Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills
- Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams and manage vendor interactions
