Role Description

on-site Technical Writer – DITA and Media Designing role is based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The role involves creating, structuring, and maintaining high-quality technical documentation using DITA standards, including user guides, manuals, online help, and knowledge base content. The Technical Writer will collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to gather technical information, ensure accuracy, and translate complex concepts into clear, user-friendly content. Responsibilities also include media design tasks such as developing visual assets, diagrams, and multimedia elements that enhance documentation usability and accessibility. The role requires adherence to documentation templates and style guidelines, continuous improvement of content quality, and timely delivery of documentation for product releases.
