SME: Exp 4-8 Yrs Excellent Comm skills (verbal /Written). Positive Typing Speed (Preferably 30 to 50 WPM). 4-5 years’ Experience in technical trouble shooting (TAC support) for Google Workspace (GWS). Knowledge on Industry Standard Ticketing tool, ITIL Framework etc. Associate Google Workspace Administrator (AGWA) certification is mandatory. Candidates must complete B2 English proficiency online assesment before profile submission in Beeline. Final round is F2F interview includes Verseant assessment.
