Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Construction Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the residential construction and real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, managing the sales team, and achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through direct sales, referrals, networking, digital leads, and market activities.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to site visits, negotiations, and closure.
- Identify potential clients interested in residential construction, villas, independent houses, and related projects.
- Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and present suitable construction solutions.
- Coordinate with the Architect, Project, Estimation, and Operations teams for client requirements and proposals.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.




- Set individual and team sales targets and track achievement.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals within approved pricing and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales pipeline.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Build strong relationships with clients, channel partners, architects, brokers, and other business networks.
- Ensure a smooth handover of confirmed projects to the project execution team.
