Roles and Responsibilities :
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger accounting.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of journal entries, adjustments, and other transactions affecting the company's financial position.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies in financial records and provide support for audit requests.
- Develop and maintain procedures for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in finance operations or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting principles, including balance sheet reconciliation techniques.
- Proficiency in preparing complex financial reports using various software tools (e.g., Excel).
- Experience working in an insurance industry workplace.
