About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media Executive / Analyst who understands how social media works beyond simply posting content.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing social media platforms, coordinating content, tracking performance, understanding audience behaviour, and identifying opportunities to improve engagement and reach.

You will work closely with the creative, strategy, and marketing teams to plan and execute social media initiatives for multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day social media activities across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Develop and maintain social media content calendars.
- Coordinate with designers, content writers, video teams and clients to ensure timely content delivery.
- Monitor social media trends, formats, conversations and competitor activity.
- Track and analyse key metrics such as reach, engagement, followers, impressions,



clicks and conversions.
- Prepare regular social media performance reports and derive actionable insights.
- Identify what type of content is performing well and recommend improvements.
- Assist in developing social media strategies and campaigns.
- Monitor comments, messages and audience interactions where required.
- Support paid social media campaigns and coordinate with performance marketing teams.
- Research relevant hashtags, keywords, trends and content opportunities.
- Stay updated with emerging social media platforms, features and content formats.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of skilled experience in social media management, social media marketing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Positive understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
- Ability to interpret data and convert insights into practical recommendations.
