Strategic Roles & Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for the end-end supervision and co-ordination of site civil construction activities to ensure timely execution of works within stipulated time, cost, quality & safety.

Supervision and Co-ordination of site execution within stipulated time and quality control as per QAP.

1. Erection of PEB steel building and sheeting work at site, knowledge of structure fabrication and erection, auto-cad, computer, etc.
2. Ensure contractors execution is within the stipulated parameters of time, cost and quality
3. Ensure implementation of highest standards of HSE as per policy
4. Work with Site Head to identify hurdles and resolution of same
5. Ensure implementation of right resource by the contractor at site and their optimum utilization
6. Prepare site reports as per prescribed formats and ensure the same is sent to Site Head on time
7.



Identify and highlight discrepancies or modifications required in GFC drawings and coordinate with HO teams through Site Head to resolve them so that progress is not hampered
8. Make reconciliation reports of materials and activities
9. Hite Site head in preparation of various reports for HO

Operational Responsibilities

1. Ensure the implementation of company laid systems /processes at site including documentation of DPR, WPR, MPR, Quality reports, safety reports, site expenses, etc.
2. Create and update site execution data register to capture each and all events and happenings at site as well as variations and delay actions which might result in contractor’s claim at a later date.
3. Knowledge of Construction equipment functioning, throughput and resource optimization.

People Management

1. Supervise and manage the Contractual Workers.
2. Collaboration with vendors and contractors.
