Job Summary
We are looking for a compassionate and responsible Staff Nurse to provide quality patient care, assist doctors, administer medications, and maintain proper nursing records.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide basic and quality nursing care to patients.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and health conditions.
- Administer medicines and injections as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
- Maintain accurate patient and nursing records.
- Monitor patients and immediately report any changes in their condition.
- Follow infection-control and hospital safety procedures.
- Ensure proper hygiene and comfort of patients.
- Handle and maintain nursing equipment properly.
- Educate patients and attendants regarding basic care and medication instructions.
- Coordinate with doctors and other hospital departments.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the nursing area.
- Follow hospital policies, procedures, and standards.
Requirements
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing qualification.
- Fresher to 2 years of experience.
- Valid nursing registration.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate attitude towards patients.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
