Position: Sub Editor (Print + Online)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Sub Editor to join our print and digital editorial team. The ideal candidate should have solid editing, proofreading, and content structuring abilities, ensuring high-quality publication standards across magazines, journals, and online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Edit, proofread, and refine articles, news stories, and features for print and digital formats
- Ensure content accuracy, clarity, grammar, and editorial consistency
- Rewrite and structure content to meet publication standards and audience engagement
- Coordinate with writers, journalists, and designers for content finalization
- Fact-check information and verify sources before publication
- Write headlines, captions, and summaries for articles
- Assist in planning editorial content and managing publishing timelines
- Ensure adherence to style guides and editorial policies





Skills & Requirements:
- Strong command of English (editing, proofreading, and content structuring)
- Degree is Mass Communication and Journalism
- Experience in editorial roles such as Sub Editor / Copy Editor / Journalist
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple content pieces
- Good understanding of print and digital publishing workflows
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Familiarity with CMS tools and editorial systems is a plus
