Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide expert consulting services to clients on Order to Cash (O2C) processes, ensuring efficient order management, billing, and collections.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop customized solutions for O2C process improvements.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide recommendations for process optimization.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for O2C projects from initiation to delivery.

Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry as an Order to Cash consultant or similar role.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end implementation of Order Management, Billing, Collections modules in ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
- Excellent requirement gathering skills with ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
