Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision
- Supervise daily civil construction and site activities.
- Monitor contractors, workers and subcontractors at the site.
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications and instructions.
- Check quality of construction work and materials used.
- Monitor daily progress and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors and project management.
- Maintain daily site reports, labour attendance and work-progress records.
- Identify and report site-related issues, delays or material requirements.
- Ensure proper safety practices are followed at the site.
- Check measurements and assist in quantity estimation when required.

Back Office / Administrative Work
- Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports.
- Maintain project-related documents, bills, work orders and records.
- Update Excel sheets for material, labour, expenses and project progress.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors through phone/email/WhatsApp.
- Assist in preparing quotations,



purchase requirements and basic project documentation.
- Maintain proper filing of site and office records.
- Coordinate between the site team and management.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of basic civil construction and site supervision.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain site records and prepare reports.
- Basic knowledge of quantity estimation and measurements will be an advantage.
- Should be comfortable handling both site and office responsibilities.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving ability.

Pay: ₹10,145.27 - ₹30,356.77 per month
