- Manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and Active Directory.
- Provide technical support to end-users on desktop issues and troubleshoot hardware problems.
- Oversee the implementation of current technologies and software updates across the organization.

Job Requirements :
- 12-19 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, server administration, and network protocols.
