Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates, schedule appointments, and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential matches for open positions.
- Assist in negotiating salaries and advantages packages with selected candidates.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or human resource management.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and techniques including sourcing profiles, job postings, interviewing, and scheduling.
- Excellent communication skills for effective candidate engagement during all stages of the hiring process.
