We're looking for a driven Sales Executive who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping clients discover smarter ways to hire creative talent.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Identify potential clients including production houses, agencies, brands, studios, and media companies.
- Schedule product demonstrations and sales meetings.
- Understand client hiring challenges and recommend Artisty's solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales pipeline.




- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to improve customer acquisition strategies.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to help improve the platform.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, media sales, or business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and client presentations.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; CRM experience is a plus.
- Interest in the media, entertainment, or film industry is preferred.
