Job Title: HR Intern
About the Role
We're hiring an MBA fresher as an HR Intern to support recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Help with hiring: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews
- Support new hire onboarding
- Maintain employee records
- Help plan employee engagement activities
- Assist with HR documentation and reports
- Handle basic HR admin tasks (attendance, leave tracking)
Requirements
- MBA, fresher
- Positive communication skills
- Basic MS Excel/Office knowledge
- Willingness to learn
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
