Job Description:

Integration Engineer

We are seeking a Certified WorkForce Software Integration Engineer to design, configure, and maintain data conversions and system interfaces connecting The WorkForce Suite with enterprise core applications (PeopleSoft, SAP Success Factor, Oracle, Workday etc). In this role, you will adhere to structured software engineering practices, update existing interfaces for optimal performance, and collaborate with implementation project teams to deliver technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Define, configure, test, and deploy integrations and data conversions between WorkForce Suite and external HCM/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday PeopleSoft).

Follow structured processes for requirements gathering, code documentation, version control, and quality assurance testing.

Review and refactor legacy interfaces to enhance operational efficiency, address changing business requirements,



and ensure optimal data flow.

Stay informed on technical specifications, updates, and best practices for WorkForce Software products and adjacent HCM applications.

Partner with cross-functional project teams to deliver technical requirements on time, contribute to client SOW execution, and share best practices in team knowledge sessions.

Required Qualifications

Mandatory Certification: Active WorkForce Software PT103 Certification (Integration).

Proven experience in data integration, conversion, and interface development within enterprise HCM ecosystem platforms (SAP, ADP, Oracle, PeopleSoft).

Solid understanding of data mapping, ETL processes, and interface maintenance.

Commitment to structured testing methodologies, code review standards, and technical documentation.
