Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and energetic Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and enhance our brand presence in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate should have a passion for interior design, luxury aesthetics, and digital marketing strategies. This role involves creating, curating, and managing content across various social media platforms to showcase our interior designing and beautification projects for hotels, resorts, restaurants, and other hospitality spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to promote our interior design and beautification services in the hospitality sector.
- Create high-quality, engaging content (images, videos, blogs, reels, and posts) that align with the brand’s vision and aesthetics.
- Manage and grow the company’s presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to showcase completed and ongoing projects.
- Plan and implement social media campaigns, including paid promotions,



influencer collaborations, and brand partnerships.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and queries, and build relationships with potential clients and industry professionals.
- Monitor analytics, track performance metrics, and generate monthly reports with insights for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends, social media algorithms, and best practices to optimize content reach and engagement.
- Coordinate with the sales and business development team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Manage social media ad campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, and performance tracking.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the interior design, architecture, or hospitality sector.
