- Sales Executive – Key Responsibilities
- * Handle and respond to customer enquiries received through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, website, phone calls and walk-ins.
- * Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Tanjore paintings, brass idols, wooden artefacts and other products.
- * Follow up with leads regularly and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- * Prepare and share quotations, estimates, product photos, videos and product details with customers.
- * Explain product specifications, sizes, materials, customization options, pricing and delivery timelines clearly.
- * Coordinate with the artists and production team for customized orders and ensure customer requirements are communicated accurately.
- * Coordinate with the framing, packaging and dispatch teams to ensure orders are completed and delivered on time.




- * Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM/system.
- * Track pending quotations, follow-ups, advance payments, balances and order status.
- * Ensure the company’s payment terms, discount policies and replacement policies are properly communicated to customers.
- * Handle customer questions and complaints professionally and provide timely solutions.
- * Build solid relationships with existing customers and generate repeat orders and referrals.
- * Achieve assigned monthly sales and conversion targets.
- * Maintain regular follow-up until the order is completed and payment is received.
