- Handle complete procurement process for scaffolding, formwork and construction materials.
- Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers and vendors for scaffolding materials.
- Source materials at competitive prices while maintaining required quality standards.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules and other commercial terms with vendors.
- Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (POs) as per company requirements.
- Coordinate with the Project, Store, Sales and Accounts teams to understand material requirements.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to sites, warehouses and branches.
- Check vendor quotations and compare price, quality and delivery timelines before finalizing suppliers.
- Maintain proper records of purchase orders, quotations, invoices and vendor details.




- Monitor pending orders and follow up with vendors for on-time delivery.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers and contractors.
- Conduct regular market research to identify recent suppliers and better pricing opportunities.
- Ensure procured materials meet the company's quality and technical requirements.
- Control procurement costs and identify opportunities for cost saving.
- Coordinate with the Store team for material receipt, quantity verification and quality inspection.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
