- Respond to all IndiaMART buyer inquiries within 10 minutes of receipt
- Call and qualify leads: requirement, quantity, location, budget
- Share quotations, product details, and follow up until closure
- Maintain daily lead tracker with status and follow-up dates
- List and update products on IndiaMART photos, specs, pricing, keywords
- Generate invoices.
- Coordinate with dispatch team for order fulfilment and delivery updates
- Handle customer queries on order status, payments, and complaints
- Maintain customer database and share weekly lead-conversion report
- Monitor competitor listings and pricing on the platform.
