About us:

We're a fast-growing clinic-first dermatology & cosmeceutical startup, with two ranges, DERMAIN and Bloom, expanding our footprint across key Indian markets. We're looking for Key Account Managers / Area Business Managers in Bangalore / Chennai / Hyderabad to scale our presence and drive growth.

Role Overview:

1. Build and strengthen long-term relationships with dermatologists and key clinics

2. Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets for dermatology-focused products

3. Execute field-level strategies to improve doctor engagement, repeat prescriptions, and brand recall

4. Work closely with leadership to align market feedback with product and brand strategy

Experience Requirement:

1. At least 2 years of experience in dermatology sales

2. Prior dermatology or aesthetic segment experience preferred

3. Solid network with dermatologists is a plus

4. Result-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working in a high-growth environment
