About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager Account Lead to spearhead delivery and client engagement for Custom Applications projects. This role combines strategic account management, technical leadership, and team mentoring to ensure successful outcomes and long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
- Account Leadership: Own client relationships, manage account health, and ensure delivery excellence across multiple custom application projects.
- Solution Delivery: Drive end-to-end delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.
- Technical Oversight: Collaborate with architects and engineering teams on solution design leveraging modern technologies.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide project managers, developers, and engineers across workstreams.
- Financial Management: Monitor budgets, forecasts, and profitability for assigned accounts.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- 8–12 years of experience in IT consulting or technology services with a focus on custom application development.
- Strong background in cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), data engineering, and application architecture.
- Proven experience in account management, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage large teams and complex projects in an agile setting.
- Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with Databricks, Spark, and data integration frameworks.
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
- Exposure to pre-sales solutioning and proposal development.

Education
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
