As a Marketing Intern at Fitistan, you'll work closely with the marketing and business teams to support brand growth, market research, campaign execution, and business development initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in marketing research, competitor analysis, presentations, digital marketing, content, and campaign planning within a quick-growing fitness and wellness startup. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, analytical, creative, confident in presentations, and eager to learn through real-time projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Conduct market research (R&D;) on customers, competitors, industry trends, products, and emerging market opportunities.
- Collect, organize, and analyze market information to support marketing and business decisions.
- Prepare research reports, presentations, and marketing decks for internal discussions and business meetings.
- Create and present PowerPoint/Google Slides presentations on market research, campaign ideas,



competitor analysis, and marketing strategies.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies based on research and consumer insights.
- Support social media and digital marketing activities across relevant platforms.
- Assist in creating marketing content, campaign concepts, promotional materials, and presentations.
- Track competitor activities, pricing, campaigns, offers, content, and positioning.
- Support online and offline marketing campaigns, events, contests, and brand initiatives.
- Assist in influencer identification, outreach, and promotional collaborations.
- Coordinate with creative, content, sales, and other teams for smooth execution of marketing activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Identify new marketing opportunities, trends, and ideas to improve brand visibility and customer acquisition.
