Preferred candidate profile
- MBA/PGDM/MSW in Human Resources preferred.
- 1015 years of progressive HR experience.
- Experience in aerospace, aviation, defence, precision engineering, automotive, manufacturing or another regulated industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, labour laws, recruitment, performance management and employee relations.
- Experience in managing HR for a manufacturing/plant workplace is highly desirable.
