Sales Executive – B2B & Inbound Sales

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Field Sales Executive for our construction company.

Key Responsibilities
- Actively approach real estate agents, brokers, and property consultants for business tie-ups and lead referrals.
- Generate B2B leads through field visits, networking, and relationship building.
- Handle inbound leads, understand client requirements, and follow up consistently.
- Coordinate meetings/site visits and convert prospects into confirmed projects.
- Manage leads from enquiry through agreement and 2nd installment.
- Achieve sales and lead-generation targets.

Requirements
- Construction industry experience will be highly preferred.
- Civil Engineer candidates preferred.
- Experience in B2B sales, real estate,



construction sales, or business development is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Confident, target-oriented, and comfortable with field sales.
- Two-wheeler and willingness to travel locally preferred.

Compensation

Fixed Monthly Salary + Performance-Based Incentives

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- New Rajendra Nagar, Raipur, Chhattisgarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:
- Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:
- Construction sales: 2 years (Preferred)
- Real estate sales: 1 year (Preferred)
