Designation - Accountant

This role requires the understanding of financial operation of all the centers, know the services offered, understand the present system of accounting, maintaining inventory and stock across all the Footsecure Centers.

Description of the Role / Responsibilities
- Day-to-Day Accounting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Record all financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- Ensure all entries are accurate and comply with accounting standards.
- Inventory and Stock Management:
- Should be familiar with all product Names, respective vendors, Distributors and companies.
- Should know the cost price and Selling price of the product.
- Maintain records of inventory and stock levels.
- Transfer stocks as requested to the respective centers.
- Coordinate with the nurse team to manage stock discrepancies and optimize inventory levels at all centers.
- Order when the stocks meet the Threshold.
- Generating Purchase Order.
- Sales Data Reconciliation:




- Reconcile daily sales report for all the centers and update on the same by EOD by coordinating with RxDx/Nano.
- Ensure accuracy in sales reporting and address discrepancies promptly.
- Vendor Management:
- Prepare and manage vendor ageing reports.
- Handle vendor payments and ensure timely settlements.
- Maintain vendor records and manage relationships with suppliers.
- Invoicing:
- Raise and manage invoices.
- Inwarding invoice as and when received.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Management Information System (MIS) Reporting:
- Generate weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Analyze financial data and present insights to the management.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements.
- Financial Reconciliation:
- Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Ensure all reconciliations are completed accurately and on time.
- Generate Tally Repo
