About the Role
Plynova Paper Products LLP is a manufacturer of sustainable packaging solutions, including paper and bamboo box products. We are looking for an ambitious, results-driven Business Development Executive to drive B2B revenue growth, identify new market opportunities, and build strong relationships with corporate clients, retailers, e-commerce brands, and industrial clients seeking eco-friendly packaging solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion & Lead Generation: Identify, target, and acquire current B2B accounts across food packaging, retail, corporate gifting, electronics, cosmetics, and e-commerce sectors.
- Client Consultation & Product Pitching: Understand client packaging specifications (dimensions, strength, custom printing, bamboo/paper material grades) and present tailored product proposals.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Lead end-to-end sales cycles—from cold outreach,



product sampling, negotiation, and quotation generation to deal closure and payment follow-ups.
- Key Account Management: Maintain and grow revenue from existing client accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with design, production, and supply chain teams to ensure custom paper and bamboo box orders meet client specifications and delivery timelines.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor packaging industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory shifts toward sustainable packaging to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–4 years of B2B sales or business development experience (experience in packaging, paper products, corrugated boxes, FMCG, or eco-friendly products preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a
